We sell products exclusively to customers in Switzerland. All transactions are conducted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Order Verification

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise irregular. This includes orders with mismatched billing/shipping information, bulk orders, or orders that violate our terms.

Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT if and when applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods

We accept TWINT, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Limitation of Liability

Scent of Memories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Product Liability

All products are sold as-is. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or other individual responses to fragrances. Customers are advised to test products on a small area of skin before full use. We do not accept liability for damage caused by improper use or storage of products.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland.
